Send us your resume, a few lines about yourself and why you think you are the perfect fit for us. We will review your application and send you feedback within 1-2 weeks.
If your application convinces us, we will invite you to an initial interview. Our goal is to get to know your deeper motivation, understand your skills and qualifications and answer your questions.
Having left a positive mark in the personal interview, you will complete a case study interview that put your business assessment skills and presentation technique to the test.
Last but not least: One of our managing partner will interview you to align your vision with ours and help you understand the core values of XPRESS Ventures. Also, you have every opportunity to discuss the details of your role.
