Adrian Graf

Adrian is Partner at XPRESS Ventures and responsible for operations, finance internal venture building and deal flow. After he started his career in the M&A department of a large US Bank, he founded 6 companies in the offline marketing, online education and travel space. He is a passionate tennis and squash player and holds a B.Sc in business law from European Business School (EBS) and a M.Sc. in economics from Leipzig School of Management (HHL).

Newton Davis

Newton joined XPRESS in May 2022 as a mobility expert. Newton sharpened his toolkit through past experiences in consulting and venture capital at Accenture and 500 Startups. Newton is a self-proclaimed foodie with a B.A. in history from Williams College and M.Sc in Global Affairs from Tsinghua University, Schwarzman College.

Markus Hüting

Markus Hüting

Markus Hüting is a Principal at XPRESS Ventures, a European Pre-Seed/Seed investor focused on Log-Tech startups. He previously worked at Salesforce as a Senior Strategic Account Executive in venture capital. Before that, he co-founded Polygravity, a blockchain startup, and held finance leadership roles in different Start Ups. His early career includes experience at Rocket Internet and Deutsche Bank. He also served as a military officer in the German Bundeswehr.

Monika Rodiqi

Investment Analyst

Monika Rodiqi

Monika is an Investment Analyst at XPRESS and focuses on spotting our next investment opportunities and bringing them to an investment decision. After her business studies at Babson College in the US and internships at TripAdvisor and TED Conferences, Monika dove into the world of startups in San Francisco as a Product Manager at an early-stage startup later acquired by Google. She later moved to Berlin and spent time as a Senior Product Manager in e-commerce before joining XPRESS Ventures in 2024, where she combines her hands-on startup experience with early-stage investing.

Philipp Burrack

Analyst - Working Student

Philipp Burrack

Philipp joined XPRESS in May 2024 as a working student. He is studying economics at the Albert-Ludwig University of Freiburg, having previously studied at RWTH Aachen. At XPRESS he supports the team in any areas, from sourcing new start-ups to maintain the portfolio. In his free time, he enjoys running and playing hockey.

Luis Campana Fernandez

Visiting Analyst

Luis Campana Fernandez

Luis joined XPRESS in 2025 as part of a traineeship program spanning multiple VC funds in LogTech, PropTech, and Climate Tech. He studied Management & Entrepreneurship at the University of Münster, where he continues to nurture students’ entrepreneurial spirit at the Venture Club Münster. Luis is a passionate audio geek and loves good food.
